Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Policy:
kid n kitty allows product return as per the following criteria.
- You can find return & replacement by using “my account” kidnkitty.com/myaccount
- The return policy will be applicable within 7days of delivery.
- Reverse Pickup will be applicable only in Lahore in 3-4 days.
- Customers from out of Lahore have to return the parcel by itself, and the cost will be handled by the customers.
- Used & damaged products will not be accepted.
- If you get a damaged product then its returned charges will be handled by the kidnkitty.
- Product original packing will not be damaged.
- Serial & Batch numbers will be checked at the time of pickup.
- The product will not be acceptable with missing or fake accessories.
- Bank account required for return transaction at the time of return accepted.
- We will proceed with your payment through a Bank cheque or online transfer within 7 working days after return acceptance.
- The return will be applicable to all products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Replacement & Warranty policy:
We also offer a replacement as per the following criteria.
- Size
- Color
- Fabric issue in Fashion
- Footwear and Clothing products.
- Toys, feeding products, and electronic items.
If any product is with the company or brand warranty than, it will proceed through the warranty card direct to a customer service center.
Order Cancelation:
We accept order cancelation within the same days of purchase. You can cancel your order through “My account”
